Currently disguised as a mild-mannered web designer for
a large metropolitan website, Shawn has been in the past
a retail clerk, bartender, video arcade manager, bookseller,
motorcycle courier, computer technical support representative,
museum docent/caretaker, and telemarketing researcher. More
notably he has been a prop builder for Star Trek, a toy
designer for Mattel and Playmates, a modelmaker of museum-quality
display and architectural models for the Disney theme parks,
and a graphic artist/computer game designer. His resume
looks like he has a desire to experience everything at once,
but it may just be a really short attention span.
Shawn has been a sucker for applause since the age of 8,
and has been involved in more than 50 productions in venues
varying from 35 to 3500 seats. Possessing a knack for voiceover
characterizations and mimicry, he has performed over 150
character voices such as Mickey Mouse, Sean Connery, William
Shatner and Kermit the Frog for radio, toys, and multimedia
software titles. He is also an alumnus of the Enigma Players,
a L.A.-based guerrilla improvisational comedy group.
And someday- someday -he'll get off his fanny
and find a good agent.
